LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR TEAM

In 1995, Kristine began working in her father-in-law’s business in New York handling payables and receivables.  Upon moving to Florida in 1998, she began to expand her resume to include mechanical contracting sales, sheet metal estimating, and project management.

With a solid 19-year background in the industry, she opened Lead Mechanical Services in 2014. Starting with a letter of intent from her first customer, four employees, and two trucks, she has grown the business to now having more than 40 employees and 20 trucks serving a customer base along the I-75 corridor from Fort Myers south to Naples and Marco Island, and north to Bradenton and Sarasota. Today, Lead Mechanical Services has a full-service department, a maintenance department, and an impressive list of hundreds of public and private sector customers, both commercial and residential.

Kristine and her husband have three children and seven grandchildren. She loves to travel (having lived in Europe for two years), enjoys being outdoors, camping, boating and four wheeling, and is active in her church.

In 1984, Paul moved to the Fort Myers area and began his business career. Paul has managed and operated several businesses over the years. Paul worked in the construction industry, the construction equipment rental industry and the safety industry in which he owned Safety Supply Warehouse for 10 years. He was an OSHA 500 instructor and was very knowledgeable in the safety industry here in SW Florida. As a business owner he was very successful and has helped several businesses become profitable as well as making sure that customer service was a top priority.

Paul and his wife have 2 adult children and have recently had their 1st grandchild. Paul is an avid hunter and loves the outdoors, especially the mountains.

In 2014, Caleb Broome started off as one of the company’s original employees and worked during the summers while in college. In January of 2022, he accepted the remote position of Senior Estimator and returned to Lead Mechanical Services.

In his spare time, Caleb enjoys all things outdoors. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and is a die-hard Florida gator football fan. He also enjoys camping and traveling with his wife and three young children.
